Team

Tim Levy  Chief Executive Officer

Tim is CEO and founder of Future Capital Partners. He has originated and executed over £6 billion of structured finance transactions whilst leading the Future Group of companies. Tim is also a director of the Aramid Entertainment Fund (and its technical advisor, Aramid Capital Partners), a trade finance company specialising in loans to the Entertainment sector that has $300m under Management and has generated an annualised net return of 17% per annum since its launch in 2006. In 2008 it generated a net return of 11.6%.
Tim is a director of, or partner in, several other businesses, notably Ethanol Ventures Limited, a company established to develop and exploit alternative fuel sources, and Novia PLC, a provider of technology driven administrative solutions to the Financial Services community.
Tim has been involved in the structured finance business since 1997, prior to which he was an insurance broker specialising in Natural Catastrophe risks.

Tim West  Deputy CEO

Tim West joined Future Capital Partners as Deputy CEO in June 2010. Tim leads the senior team, to further develop Future Capital Partners’ business, including its investment and distribution strategies. He is also responsible for the firm’s internal operations. Tim joins from Babcock & Brown, where he was Head of the London office and Chief Operating Officer for Europe, the Middle East and Africa. Prior to Babcock & Brown, Tim was European Chief Operating Officer at iShares, the exchange-traded funds business of Barclays Global Investors (BGI). Before BGI, he held senior roles in Investment Banking and Wealth Management both in the UK and Switzerland.

Sales & Marketing

Piers Denne  Director, Sales & Marketing

Piers joined Future Capital Partners in November 2009 as Head of Sales and Marketing to lead and enhance an extended Sales & Marketing team. Piers primary responsibility is to implement a new strategic focus for Future Capital Partners' business development campaigns, whilst continuing to strengthen Future Capital Partners' relationships with its key intermediary clients.
Piers has 23 years of financial services experience in third-party distribution of investment products. During this time, he has held senior roles with some of Europe’s largest asset managers, including Gartmore, Fidelity and Threadneedle.

Tim Barker  Major Accounts Director

Tim joined Future Capital Partners in February 2010 as Major Accounts Director. A Law Graduate and non practicing Solicitor, Tim has 25 years financial services experience and will be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with key intermediary firms. He spent the last 4 years at The Hartford as Key Account Director responsible for introducing their variable annuity products to the UK IFA market. Prior to The Hartford he held a number of senior roles at AXA including Key Account Director and Head of Bancassurance.

Alan Cross  Business Development Manager

Alan joined Future Capital Partners in March as Business Development Manager. Alan has 22 years financial services experience and will be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with key accountancy and intermediary firms. He spent the last 17 years at Scottish Widows as an Intermediary Account Manager responsible for promoting life and pension products to the IFA market in Scotland. Alan is Cert CII (Life and Pensions) qualified.

Andrew Derrington  Business Development Manager

Andrew joined Future Capital Partners in October 2009 as part of the sales team, his primary focus being to build strong working relationships with both clients and intermediaries. He has spent the last four years working in the Structured Products arena focussing on both investment and pure tax planning. Andrew is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor, having  qualified with Arthur Andersen in Birmingham. He holds a degree in Economics from Hull University.

Esther Lewis  Business Development Manager

Esther is part of the Sales & Marketing team and has a wealth of experience with complex financial products within the alternative investment industries. Esther’s focus will be to establish strong working relationships with clients whilst contributing to business development. Esther is a Chartered Accountant and trained with PWC in their Banking and Capital Markets division, she later moved on to complete her Full Investment Management Certificate whilst doing business development at a leading fund of hedge funds. Esther has a first class degree in Commerce from the University of Birmingham.

James Smith  Business Development Manager

James is part of the sales and marketing team at Future Capital Partners. Prior to joining the company, James worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers for 5 years in their London and Sydney offices advising Entrepreneurs and Private Clients on tax consulting and compliance matters. James has a degree in Business from the University of the West of England.

Glen Stewart  Business Development Manager

Glen joined Future Capital Partners in January 2010 as part of the sales team, his primary focus being to build strong working relationships with both clients and intermediaries. He has spent the last three years working in the Structured Products arena focussing on investment and tax planning. Glen is a Chartered Tax Advisor, having qualified with PricewaterhouseCoopers in London.

Leighton Fah  Business Development Associate

Leighton is a member of the Sales and Marketing team. He trained as a financial advisor in New Zealand before coming to the UK. Leighton joined Future in 2006. He has gained his Certificate in Financial Planning (CFP) from the CII while in the UK and has a Bachelor of Business Studies, majoring in finance from Massey University, New Zealand.

Susie Feeney  Business Development Associate

Susie joined Future Capital Partners in February 2010 and is a member of the Sales and Marketing team. Prior to joining Future Capital Partners, Susie worked at Hartford Life Limited, where she was involved in setting up and supporting the key account function. She graduated with honours in Psychology and Archaeology from Columbia University in New York in 2002, and also holds the Chartered Insurance Institute Certificate in Financial Planning.

Kirsty Greenwood  Business Development Associate

Kirsty is a member of the Sales and Marketing team. Kirsty's responsibilities have focused on transaction execution and liaison with investors and professional intermediaries.
Previously, Kirsty worked at Scottish Widows where she was involved in supporting sales of life, pension and bond products. Kirsty received an MA (Hons) in Scottish History from St Andrew University in 2004.

Tessa Whittock  Executive Team Associate

Tessa joined Future Capital Partners in August 2009 to provide executive support to the Chief Operating Officer and to the Senior Management team. Prior to joining Future Capital Partners, Tessa worked as a Managing Agent and PA to the MD of a property management company in Mayfair. Tessa started her career as a secretary at LeBoeuf, Lamb, Greene & MacRae.

Helga Viegas  Marketing Manager

Helga joined Future Capital Partners in January 2007 and is responsible for brand management and company communications, managing development of campaigns and the design and production of marketing materials. Prior to joining Future Capital Partners, Helga worked in a similar role in a company in the City, having previously joined from design and advertising agencies in Lisbon. Helga holds an MA in Communication Design from the University of Lisbon (2002) and an MA in Design Studies from Central Saint Martins (2008).

Sam Mattu  Research & Marketing Assistant

Sam joined Future Capital Partners in July 2010 to assist the Sales & Marketing department, with a particular focus on market research, communications and branding. Prior to joining Future Capital Partners, Sam was working and travelling in Canada. Sam holds a degree in Marketing Management from Manchester.

Gavin Harrison  Director, Finance

Gavin is responsible for all financial matters spanning product development and transaction execution.
Prior to joining Future Capital Partners, Gavin trained with Arthur Andersen before spending three years with Pathe Pictures where he was involved in the structuring of financial packages for a number of theatrical film releases. He has also worked in the music industry and corporate finance.
Gavin is qualified chartered accountant and graduated from the University of Sheffield.

Graham Webber  Director, Structured Finance

Prior to joining Future Capital Partners, Graham worked for two major UK banking groups over 19 years. Roles undertaken have included employee taxation issues at all levels as well as corporate tax matters across a range of areas and jurisdictions. In particular UK and cross border structured transactions in the asset finance area have been a constant theme. Prior to this period, Graham was in various accountancy practices specialising in personal taxation. Graham is a Chartered Tax Adviser.

Gordon Deas  Director, Structured Finance

Gordon joined Future Capital Partners in October 2009 as part of the Structured Finance team, and is involved in the development and implementation of new investment opportunities.  Prior to joining he worked for RBS Structured Finance in London and Stockholm for 5 years, structuring and executing real estate transactions, and for a real estate private equity fund. Before this Gordon worked for various corporate tax consulting teams within Arthur Andersen and Deloitte in London and Chicago advising multi-national clients. He is a Chartered Accountant and Chartered Tax Advisor, and holds a degree in Economics and Management from St Andrews University.

Peter Young  Director, Real Estate Capital & Structured Products

Peter is responsible for the development and execution of real estate structured products.
Peter worked in the International Tax Team of Deloitte and Ernst & Young in Australia for 7 years. In 2004, Peter joined PricewaterhouseCoopers, London in the Real Estate & Investment Management tax team advising large US private equity & UK institutional real estate funds.
Peter is a qualified Australian Chartered Accountant and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia. Peter holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws degree.

Jonathan Turney  Associate Director - Renewable Energy

Jonathan joined the Structured Finance team in 2007 and is involved with all financial matters spanning product development and transaction execution in the Renewable Energy space. He is currently programme managing the company’s Bioethanol project. Prior to joining Future Capital Partners, Jonathan worked at Deloitte for 5 years providing compliance and tax advisory services to a range of multinational clients. In addition, Jonathan has commercial finance experience having worked at BT on their 21st Century Network project. Jonathan is a qualified chartered accountant and has a degree from St. Peter’s College, Oxford.

Jessica Franks  Structured Finance Manager

Jessica joined Future Capital Partners in November 2009 as part of the structured finance team. Previously Jessica worked in leasing and structured finance at Calyon, focussing on the shipping sector. She worked for 4 years for Grant Thornton LLP in London in corporate tax and corporate finance roles. She is a Chartered Accountant and holds a Law degree from Cardiff University.

Paul Nghi  Structured Finance Manager

Paul is responsible for the development and execution of new investment opportunities. Before joining Future Capital Partners in 2007, Paul acquired over 6 years of tax experience in Australia, in the Corporate Tax divisions of Ernst & Young and RSM International. Paul is a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Australia and a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia. Paul holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Laws degree.

Preete Janda  Financial Controller

Preete joined Future Capital Partners in January 2008 as Financial Controller, responsible for the company’s finance function. Prior to joining the company, Preete worked as Head of Finance within the private equity sector. Preete is a qualified Chartered Management Accountant and graduated from Cardiff University.

Melissa Duong  Assistant Accountant

Melissa has recently joined Future Capital Partners in the role of Assistant Accountant to the Financial Controller. Prior to moving to London from Auckland, New Zealand, Melissa's background was in the Finance Industry where her previous roles were as Operations Supervisor and Financial Services Manager. Melissa holds a Bachelors Degree in Statistics and Psychology from the University of Auckland and is currently studying for her ACCA qualification.

Gaya Yogan  Assistant Partnership/Group Accountant

Gaya’s role within FCP is dual reporting, in which she contributes to the Group & Partnership accounts functions of the company. Her main responsibilities include assisting with the preparation of statutory and management accounts ensuring all financial reporting deadlines are met.
Prior to joining FCP, Gaya worked for Visa Inc for 3 years where she was responsible for all aspects of financial accounting for the subsidiary companies within the CEMEA region. Gaya holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Studies and is currently pursuing the ACCA professional qualification.

Partnership Support

Cassim Atcha  Director, Taxation

Cassim is responsible for all communications with HMRC as well as assisting with the development of innovative investment opportunities. He read Law at Kings College, London, and began his career in Tax at KPMG.
Cassim has advised on matters relating to Taxation at various leading financial institutions including the London head office of NatWest Bank (now RBS) and most recently at Deutsche Bank. Cassim is a qualified Chartered Tax Adviser.

Swetha Narayanaswamy  Senior Tax Manager

Swetha's primary responsibility is assisting with HMRC enquiries. Swetha also assists with the development and implementation of new investment opportunities. Swetha read Law at the University of Technology, Sydney. She trained as a commercial lawyer and specialised in indirect tax, and has advised on indirect tax matters for domestic and cross-border transactions across many industry groups.

Michael Buckland  Tax Manager

Michael's primary responsibility is assisting with HMRC enquiries. Michael also assists with the development and implementation of new investment opportunities. Michael obtained four years of tax experience in New Zealand prior to joining Future Capital Partners, working in the Corporate Tax division of PricewaterhouseCoopers Auckland. Michael is a qualified member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants. Michael gained a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a Graduate Diploma of Commerce from the University of Auckland, New Zealand.

Samuel Gregg  Tax Manager

Sam's primary responsibility is assisting with HMRC enquiries. Sam also assists with the development and implementation of new investment opportunities. Sam acquired four years of tax experience in New Zealand prior to joining Future Capital Partners, working in the Tax division of Deloitte Christchurch. Sam is a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand as well as a qualified member of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants. Sam gained a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Canterbury, New Zealand.

Richard Philson  Tax Manager

Richard's primary responsibility is assisting with HMRC enquiries. Richard also assists with the development and implementation of new investment opportunities. Richard acquired four years of tax experience in New Zealand prior to joining Future Capital Partners, working in the Corporate Tax division of Ernst & Young Auckland and as a solicitor at Russell McVeagh. Richard is a Barrister and Solicitor of the High Court of New Zealand. Richard gained a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Auckland, New Zealand.

Daniel White  Tax Manager

Daniel's primary responsibility is assisting with HMRC enquiries. He also assists with the development and implementation of new investment opportunities. Prior to joining Future Capital Partners, Daniel worked in a law firm as an Associate in their tax department. He is admitted as a solicitor in England, and has passed the examination requirement for qualification as a Chartered Tax Adviser, gaining a distinction in the process. Daniel gained a first class MA in Linguistics from the University of Edinburgh.

Frances Daniels  Assistant Tax Manager

Frances provides support to Future Capital Partners’ tax managers, assisting with their ongoing work dealing with HMRC enquiries and litigation. Frances acquired three and a half years of tax experience prior to joining Future Capital Partners, predominantly from her time working in the Corporate Tax division of the London office of KPMG.

Dominic Greene  Assistant Tax Manager

Dominic provides support to Future Capital Partners’ tax managers, assisting with their ongoing work dealing with HMRC enquiries and litigation. Prior to joining Future Capital Partners, Dominic worked for three and a half years in a boutique asset taxation firm that advises FTSE100 clients and other multinationals. Prior to this, Dominic worked in a consultancy that carries out tax planning for high net worth individuals and received a first class BA (Hons) in English Literature from the University of Exeter. Dominic is a qualified Chartered Tax Adviser.

Deborah Scott  Tax Assistant

Deborah joined Future Capital Partners in September 2009 as Tax Assistant where she provides support to the tax team. Previously, she worked for six years at a large finance company as part of their investment team where she assisted with the marketing and launching of investment products.

Angela Harte  Director, Client Services

Angela took over the role of Client Services Director in June 2008 having joined Future Capital Partners as a Sales Manager in 2006. She is responsible for overseeing the liaison with existing investors, ensuring the timely provision of financial and investment information. Angela previously worked as a tax consultant with both KPMG in London and PwC in Tokyo where she focused on assisting High Net Worth individuals navigate their way through complex tax regimes. Angela received a BA(Hons) in Accounting & Law from Kingston University and read for her MBA at the Cranfield School of Management.

Samantha Llewellyn  Client Services Manager

Sam joined Future Capital Partners in April 2010 having previously worked as a tax advisor with Ernst and Young LLP where she assisted with the UK tax compliance of globally mobile employees for corporate clients. In her role as Client Services Manager Sam liaises with existing investors and intermediaries in relation to their investments, providing timely information, assisting with queries, and maintaining trusting relationships. Sam graduated from Leeds University with a First Class BSc(Hons) and went on to complete a PhD with The Royal Veterinary College in 2007.

Anna Long  Client Services Manager

Anna joined Future Capital Partners in March 2010 in the role of Client Services Manager. Anna is responsible for liaising with existing investors and intermediaries to ensure that they are provided with accurate and up-to-date information relating to their investments. Anna previously worked at CMS Cameron McKenna LLP dealing with clients in the insurance and reinsurance sector. Prior to that Anna worked at Citi where she spent time in both the legal department assisting with a significant M&A transaction, and in the tax department where her responsibilities involved monitoring client tax status changes and reporting to the IRS. Anna has a Law degree from King’s College London.

Namit Raipal  Client Services Manager

Namit joined Future Capital Partners in October 2009 as a member of the Client Services Team. Namit’s responsibilities have focused on liaising with existing investors and intermediaries to ensure that they are provided with up to date information in relation to their investment. Namit previously worked at Citi as Tax Supervisor for IPB London & IPB Jersey  where his main responsibilities were to control the taxes charged and paid to the tax authorities, authorising client tax status changes and annual tax reporting to HMRC and the IRS.

Maria Sotakova  Client Services Assistant

Maria joined Future Capital Partners in August 2008 as Office Assistant, and in February 2010  she was promoted to the role of Client Services Assistant. Maria provides key assistance to the Client Services team, ensuring the provision of timely and accurate information for investors and intermediaries. Prior to moving into the business sector Maria was a fully qualified ICU nurse in Prague. Maria is currently completing her Investment Management Certificate.

Tom Price  Senior Finance Manager

Tom joined Future in 2005 and has since been managing the financial functions of the Partnerships that Future Capital Partners act for. Before joining Future Capital Partners, Tom worked at Rouse & Co (Vantis plc) for six years, specialising in auditing and financial reporting. Tom graduated from Southampton University with a BSc in Economics and Business Economics and is a Chartered Accountant.

Deborah Watson  Partnership Accountant

Deborah joined Future Capital Partners in 2006 to assist with the Partnership Accounts function of the company. Her previous role was that of Management Accountant for a Chartered Surveying and Loss Adjusting firm based in The City. Deborah moved to London from Sydney in 2002, where she worked for PwC and various law firms. Deborah is articled with ACCA and is currently studying Financial Management.

Natalie Dusey  Company Secretary

Natalie joined the Company in May 2006 as Company Secretary to Future Group Companies and various Partnerships. She heads up the Company Secretariat Department managing the compliance functions of the group companies and its subsidiaries and the various partnerships that Future Capital Partners act for. Natalie is an Associate Chartered Secretary and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators. Prior to joining Future Capital Partners, Natalie worked at lastminute.com and MFI where she was training to be a Company Secretary.

Shilpa Parihar  Deputy Company Secretary

Shilpa joined Future Capital Partners as Deputy Company Secretary in March 2010. She is a member of the compliance function for the group and Secretary to a number of Partnerships. Prior to joining Future Capital Partners, Shilpa worked at Kleinwort Benson Private Bank Ltd., UK as Sr. Company Secretary prior to which she worked for Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. in India. Shilpa is an Associate Chartered Secretary and a Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators, UK and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She also has a law degree from India.

Heidi Elliss  Deputy Company Secretary

Heidi joined Future Capital Partners as Deputy Company Secretary in June 2010. She is a member of the compliance function for the group and Secretary to a number of Partnerships. Heidi is a Member of the Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators and is qualified as a solicitor of England & Wales. Prior to joining Future Capital Partners, Heidi worked in the legal departments of APN Funds Management Limited and the Gucci Group.

Legal

Annabel Plant  Director, Legal

Annabel heads up the legal team and is responsible for all aspects of product development and legal transaction management.
Before joining Future Capital Partners, Annabel worked at Norton Rose for over 9 years in the London, Paris and Amsterdam offices, specialising in international banking transactions.
Annabel qualified as a solicitor of England & Wales in September 1998. Annabel has a degree from Jesus College, Cambridge.

Louise Aspinwall  Legal Associate

Louise joined the Legal team in June 2009. She assists with all legal aspects of product development and transactions.
Prior to joining Future Capital Partners, Louise worked as a tax associate at the American firm Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP.
Louise has a law degree from Cambridge University.
Before becoming a lawyer Louise worked as a research physicist at Stanford University, California and obtained a PhD in physics from Imperial College, London.

Achit Patel  Paralegal

Achit joined Future Capital Partners in March 2007 and assists senior members of the legal team on all transactions and other general legal work. Achit qualified as a Barrister in November 2006 and has an LLM in Intellectual Property and Media Law from King's College London.

Dee McLintock  Office Manager

Dee joined Future Capital Partners in 2000 and is responsible for office management, corporate matters and events, office facilities and HR administration. Dee's background is media based and over the past 18 years she has worked for a broad range of high calibre personalities and media companies. Dee has a Diploma in business studies.

Kirsty Saxby  HR Director

Kirsty joined Future Capital Partners in February 2010 as HR Director. Kirsty will look to develop and implement HR best practise across the company, driving people growth in line with the business strategy. Her role is to ensure that growth within Future Capital Partners is managed smoothly and sustainably and that it becomes an even greater place to work.  
Kirsty has 11 years of HR experience, gained mainly across Retail and International business in Lloyds TSB. Kirsty is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development and holds a degree in Business and Personnel Management.

Sheila Darr  PA to the CEO

Sheila joined in 2006 as Assistant to Tim Levy. Her role is to provide support to the Chief Executive in all aspects of his working and private life. Sheila previously worked as General Manager – Admin for Granada Ventures/ITV Worldwide and at the same time also supported the MD for 15 years. Sheila has 25 years experience in supporting Senior Executives in blue chip companies in various sectors. Sheila is also a serving Justice of Peace and was the youngest Magistrate in the country to be appointed in 1990 by the Lord Chancellor.

Allecsis Ashley  Office Assistant

Allecsis joined Future Capital Partners in February 2010 as Office Assistant and provides key administrative support to the entire team. Allecsis started her corporate career with Future Capital Partners after having worked as a volunteer for numerous charities, which she found fulfilling and enjoyed enormously. Allecsis has received several awards for outstanding performance and is keen to progress and improve her skills within Future’s dynamic environment.

Harry Pasley-Tyler  Office Assistant

Harry joined Future Capital Partners in July 2009 and provides valuable admin assistance to the entire team. Harry has undertaken many voluntary projects before deciding to embark on a corporate career, including building semi-permanent housing in Sri Lanka following the devastating Tsunami in 2005 and building houses in Brazil, working with local inhabitants. Harry is multi-lingual and is a keen sports enthusiast.

Miranda Champ  Receptionist

Miranda joined Future Capital Partners in May 2008, fresh from a 3 year course at Oxford Brookes University where she received a BA (Hons) degree in History of Art and English. She also passed 3 A levels in 2003 English, History of Art and Classical Civilisation, before taking a gap year where she went travelling for 4 months and completed a 6 week course at Queens Business/Secretarial College.

Naomi Langford-Archer  Receptionist / Secretary

Naomi joined Future Capital Partners in 2010. She graduated from Reading University with a degree in Typography and Graphic Communication then went on to study fashion at the London College of Fashion. After her brief encounter in the fashion industry, Naomi elected to pursue a corporate career and worked for a combination of companies before committing to Future Capital Partners.

Contracted Industry Experts

Peter Conway  Consultant

Peter is a consultant across the energy sector with a particular focus on renewables. He has a wealth of experience in structuring, financing and developing projects, including from his former banking career at Kleinwort Benson and Societe Generale. Peter has advised major clients including ConocoPhillips, Qatar Petroleum, Veolia Water and the Government of Oman and was adviser to Ensus Limited in the development of its 400 million litre per annum bioethanol project at Wilton, Teesside, the largest European bioethanol plant and the only one to successfully achieve debt finance. He was also a founder and remains a Director of Gaia Power Limited, a biomass power generation company which is developing a portfolio of biomass projects. He is a graduate of the University of Birmingham.

Philip Deeks  Consultant

Philip Deeks is a partner with New River Corporate Finance LLP and is working with Future Capital Partners on evaluation of new opportunities and project management. Before co-founding NRCF, Philip was a consultant in the investment management team at PricewaterhouseCoopers, worked in the structured finance team at the former Standard Chartered Merchant Bank and was a Managing Director in the corporate finance business of National Australia Bank overseeing project finance, leverage finance and asset finance as well as leading the structured finance business.

James Rowe  Consultant

James Rowe is a partner with New River Corporate Finance LLP and is working with Future Capital Partners on evaluation of new opportunities and project management. Before co-founding NRCF, James was an analyst with the global actuarial practice William M. Mercer, was a principal in an asset financing subsidiary of the Bank of Tokyo Mitsubishi, ran the UK leasing and global structured finance business at National Australia Bank and founded Nu Numbers Limited, a firm specialising in the structuring and analysis of project finance cashflows.

Neil Bowman Consultant

Neil is a Consultant with Future Capital Partners. He was Senior Tax Partner at Ernst & Young until 2003. Neil specialised in corporate and personal tax and ran the Private Client business in London. Between 2003 and 2009 Neil was a Director with HSBC Private Bank . During his career Neil has advised on major corporate takeovers and reorganisations as well as being the originator of many of the successful structures which have been used by both HNW individuals and corporates.
