The story follows Mike Enslin (John Cusack), a writer who became
obsessed with the afterlife after the death of his cherished daughter.
After accepting an invitation to stay in the ill-fated room 1408 of New
York’s Dolphin Hotel, his skepticism is quickly shaken by the terrors
living inside. Armed with an array of gadgets, Mike attempts to make
sense of the increasingly bizarre occurrences taking place inside room
1408. At first, he passes them off as elaborate pranks masterminded by
the hotel’s manager. Yet, as things become increasingly dangerous, Mike
decides that he needs to get out for his own safety. The problem is,
the only escape from room 1408 is suicide. To date the Film has grossed
$124,920,184 worldwide.

Great Debaters” is an inspiring drama based on the true story of Melvin
B. Tolson, a professor at the African-American Wiley College in Texas,
USA. In 1935, when racial tensions in the Southern states continued to
be pronounced, he enthused students to form the school's first debate
team, which went on to challenge and defeat Harvard University in the
national debate championship. The Film made its theatrical debut in the
United States on Christmas, 25th December 2007. It brought in
$3,639,116 on the first day, which is remarkable considering the date.
The Film has grossed $28,208,755 in the US and is still to be released
worldwide.
