National
Treasure: Book of Secrets is the exhilarating sequel to the 2004
blockbuster, National Treasure. With an all-star cast including Nicolas
Cage, Justin Bartha, Diane Kruger, Jon Voight, Helen Mirren, Harvey
Keitel and Ed Harris this film is an even bigger, better and more
action-packed adventure that now spans the globe. Superstar producer,
Jerry Bruckheimer, and director John Turteltaub, have also returned
from the original film to complete the team. The Film debuted in the
United States on December 21, 2007 and is scheduled for release in the
UK on the 8th February 2008. To date, the Film has grossed $330,030,000
worldwide.
Enchanted
Enchanted is a unique,
fish-out-of-water comedy that shows what happens when the classic
Disney animated world collides with the live-action realities of New
York City in a story about a fairytale princess from the past who is
thrust into present-day by an evil queen. Soon after her arrival,
Princess Giselle begins to change her views on life and love after
meeting a handsome lawyer. The Film made its theatrical debut in the
United States on the Thanksgiving holiday weekend, 21st November 2007.
Bringing in a five-day total of $49.1 million, Enchanted became the
second largest Thanksgiving opening in history, behind only Toy Story
2. Enchanted opened in the UK on the 14th December 2007 and has grossed
$276,789,000 worldwide.
Underdog
Underdog is a children’s
comedy adventure story about a hound named Shoeshine who is involved in
a laboratory accident and develops some serious superpowers -- a secret
that the dog eventually shares with the young boy who becomes his owner
and friend. The Film made its theatrical debut in the United States on
August 3, 2007. The Film had the third highest box office of its
opening weekend, behind only The Bourne Ultimatum and The Simpsons
Movie. To date, the Film has earned $60,645,867 in international box
office. The release date for the UK was the 18th January 2008.
