The charity
Capital Kids Cricket will be in the spotlight when Future Capital Partners and Aramid Asset Management’s inaugural Cricket Championship Finals take place in London on Monday 29th June.
Keen amateur cricketers will bat it out for the honour of best Alternative Investment cricket team in the industry. The goal for the day is to raise funds for
Capital Kids Cricket, which brings cricket to the children in London’s inner city schools - teaching them the skills of the game, the benefits of a team sport and helping to keep them off the streets.
The venue is the Honourable Artillery Company on City Road, EC1Y 2BO, and the runners up play off starts at 4pm, followed by the final at 6pm.
Meet ex-international cricket players, (such as John Crawley, Dean Headley and Ian Harvey) and network with the industry over an evening of complimentary Pimms, Beer and Wine - and of course, there will be Cricket Tea and Ice Cream for the more discerning. There will also be a live steel band, and a charity auction, with the stand-out prizes including:
- Net sessions with Freddie Flintoff and Shane Warne
- An all expenses paid trip for 2 to the Cannes Film Festival
- A holiday on the private island of Mustique
Tim Levy, Chief Executive of Future Capital Partners said: “This will be a great event, it’s for a very worthy cause close to home, and we encourage you all to come along”.
The Ground is located at the HAC on City Road. Please use the entrance on Finsbury Street, just off Chiswell Street. If you are interested in attending, entry is £10 and payment will be taken on the door.
