Future Capital Partners completes the purchase of major Studio films with an original cost of $1.8 billion

PressFuture Capital Partners ('FCP') has arranged, financed and led the completion of a deal to acquire 35 Studio motion pictures by several investment vehicles. This uniquely structured deal, concluded over a 12 month period, has involved the appraisal, negotiation and financing of the assets. Investors enjoy a mixture of fixed and contingent returns that should deliver attractive risk adjusted yields.

FCP is looking to complete a similar package of deals over the next 6 months.
