Future Capital Partners, a structured finance firm, has relocated its business after being hit by a fire that spread through an area in central London last Friday (10 July).
The structured finance firm enables owners of emerging and complex asset classes to access capital where mainstream funding is not easily available and has completed transactions in excess of £6bn.
In a statement, the firm said its premises in the Soho area of London were severely damaged by a major fire on Friday, but insists that its electronic data systems were backed up.
As a result, it said there has been "no significant" loss of material files and records.
The statement said: "The firm has suffered minimal disruption to its business, electronic data systems, back up and security policies.
"There has been no significant loss of material files and records, and the business continues to be fully operational."
The company said none of its 40 staff were injured in the blaze, which reportedly started in an air conditioning duct.
As of today (13 July), the firm and its staff have relocated to 271 Regent Street, London, and the main switchboard number is 020 7009 6600.
