Future Capital Partners (“FCP”), the £6 billion alternative investment boutique, has moved from its Regent Street office to larger headquarters in Mayfair. The move, designed to accommodate FCP’s needs in response to the success of its investment product suite, is to a new office at 10 Old Burlington Street, London W1S 3AG.
FCP moved to Regent Street in July when, as widely reported, a fire broke out in the 18th century town house on Dean Street that had been the firm’s home since 2000. The restoration, by English Heritage, of historically significant murals and staircases will delay the rebuilding of the house, and FCP is likely to have outgrown its original Dean Street home by the time the refurbishment is complete.
In recent months, FCP has made a raft of new appointments. Trevor Castledine joined in June as Chief Operating Officer, responsible for the firm’s operations, organisational development and strategy delivery. Piers Denne was appointed at the beginning of December to an expanded Head of Sales & Marketing role at FCP, to implement a new strategic focus for the firm’s business development campaigns. The business development team was also boosted by the arrival of Andrew Derrington as Business Development Manager in November. FCP expect to announce further new appointments shortly.
The new personnel are indicative of FCP’s success and its ambitious growth plans. The company expect to announce a series of new products and initiatives in the New Year, and the strengthening of its operational, strategic and business development capabilities through the new hires will help the firm maximise these opportunities and deliver exceptional investor support.
