Future Capital Partners (“FCP”), the £6 billion alternative investment boutique, is hosting a 12 date roadshow for its newly launched renewable transport fuel (“RTF”) investment product, Future Fuels LLP. Attendees of any of the 12 seminars will get the chance to win a year’s supply of petrol courtesy of FCP.*
The seminars are aimed at IFAs and wealth managers with clients looking to diversify their clients’ portfolios with tax efficient investment products such as EISs or VCTs. Over £10 million has been committed by high net worth individuals since Future Fuels was launched in January, and the LLP is seeking to raise a further £30 million.
Future Fuels is an investment partnership that will fund and build a renewable transport fuel (“RTF”) plant in the North of England. Driven by mandated European legislation, the RTF market is expected to grow 10 fold in the next decade. Future Fuels represents a major opportunity for UK investors to invest in the sector.
The LLP is expected to yield returns of over 30% per annum over a five to seven year period. Heads of agreement for the purchase of the plant’s first 10 years of production, totalling a projected £1.5billion, have already been signed.
Piers Denne, Head of Sales and Marketing said: “With projected IRRs of over 30% and compelling environmental credentials with downside protection, this in one seminar that should be a must in every adviser’s diary”.
