Participants in these funds must be experienced or satisfy certain criteria on their personal wealth. If you believe that such an investment may be suitable to your needs you will need to confirm a Self-Certification as a High Net Worth or Sophisticated Investor. If you are unable to provide this certification we are not permitted to send you details on these funds.
Please note that you may be required to provide details from your employer, accountant or financial adviser to confirm your self-certification before you are permitted to invest in any fund operated or managed by Future Capital Partners.
Those who may invest in FCP funds include:
High Net Worth Investor
• An individual that had an income in excess of GBP 100,000 per annum and/or has net assets (excluding primary residence) in excess of GBP 250,000 in the last tax or financial year.
• A corporate entity, an unincorporated association or partnership with net assets of at least £5 million, or the trustee of a high value trust.
Sophisticated Investor
An individual that:
• has made at least 2 investments in an unlisted company in the last 2 years
• has worked in the private equity sector or in the provision of finance for Small and Medium Enterprises
• has been a director of a company with a turnover of at least GBP 1 million in the last 2 years
• has been a member of an angel network or syndicate for the last 6 months
