Novia
FCP supported Novia from the conception of the original concept by Bill Vasilieff, its CEO. FCP has invested in excess of £7m and owns over 20% of the Company. Tim Levy sits on the Board and is actively involved in building the business into the leading retail financial services platform in the market.

Ethanol Ventures Limited
FCP structured this business to invest in the future of the Renewable Transport Fuels industry. EVL owns 75% of Vireol Plc, a Developer of Renewable Energy projects. FCP invested over £1m out of a total of £6.3m raised and continues to drive this business.

Vireol Plc
Vireol is a Developer of Renewable Energy projects and with FCP acting as its Corporate Finance adviser has raised over £15m of equity and debt to date. FCP has invested about £2m into this business and Tim Levy sits on the Board of the company.

Boka Property Holdings Limited 
Boka is a Developer of Hotel and Luxury Residential projects. The company is entirely owned by FCP and has raised over €30m to date. It is currently focussed on an opportunity in the tourist market which World Travel and Tourism expects to be the world's fastest growing over the next decade - Montenegro. FCP has invested approximately £4m into this business.

Timestrip
FCP supported an MBO refinancing this innovative Healthcare services business, which has developed original technology over monitoring time lapse and temperature in miniature form.

A Company
Through a Limited Liability business, Expansion Media Partners, FCP acquired 25.6% of A Company for €4m. EMP recently disposed of 14% of its stake at a profit. A Company is a Central and eastern European Film and Television Rights licencing business that has grown dramatically in the last 5 years, led by the expertise of Alexander Von Duhlmen.

Filmaka
FCP supported the establishment of this original expert community web concept for content makers devised by Deepak Nayar. The business continues to be active generating cutting edge content and allowing content creators world wide to link with decision makers and influencers in Hollwyood.

Aramid Capital Partners LLP
FCP founded, with Screen Capital and Stonhenge, the Aramid Entertainment Fund business and its technical services provider, Aramid Capital Partners LLP. ACP has been in business since 2006 advising the Fund on its investment portfolio of circa. $200m.
